These Rippling Promotions Terms and Conditions (these "Promo Terms") apply to the promotions that Rippling conducts from time-to-time, including, without limitation, referral programs, customer reference programs, gifts and gift card giveaways, and discounts or other offers and incentives based on specified activities, like event participation (each individually, a "Promotion," and collectively, "Promotions"). These Promo Terms may be supplemented, modified and/or superseded by terms and conditions communicated in connection with a specific Promotion. In the event there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Promo Terms and the terms and conditions communicated in connection with a Promotion, then the terms and conditions communicated with such Promotion shall govern and control to the extent of any such conflict and/or inconsistency.

If you are participating in a Promotion on behalf of an entity or other organization: (i) references to “you” are to such entity or organization; (ii) you are accepting these Promo Terms for that entity or organization, and (iii) you are representing to Rippling that you have the authority to bind that entity or organization to these Promo Terms. 

Rippling may modify or amend these Promo Terms at any time, without notice to you. Your continued participation in any Promotion and/or your use of any vouchers, credits, discounts or other offers and incentives (collectively, "offers") following any such modifications or amendments shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications or amendments.

The following additional terms and conditions supplement these Promo Terms in connection with Rippling's "Because HR Deserves Better" Promotion.


A. "Because HR Deserves Better" Gift Card Promotion (Prospects)

  1. Be employed at or above the Director level in a human resources ("HR") or executive role at a US company with 50 or more full-time employees; and
  2. Complete the questionnaire linked from the "Because HR Deserves Better" promotion landing page; and
  3. Qualify for, schedule, and complete an introductory call with a Rippling representative.


B. "Because HR Deserves Better" LinkedIn Post Promotion

  1. Be a current admin and/or employee of one of Rippling's existing customers at the time of submission and when the prize is given out;
  2. Create and publish from your personal LinkedIn account a public post about your "HR deserves better" story with Rippling;
  3. Tag Rippling; and
  4. Submit your LinkedIn post via the Rippling Google form by Feb. 14, 2025 at 5:00pm PT.


C. "Because HR Deserves Better" Talent Management Gift Card Promotion

  1. You must:
    1. Be a current HR admin of one of Rippling's existing customers at the time of submission and when the gift card is given out;
    2. Submit the form on the "Because HR Deserves Better" Talent Management promotion landing page, schedule, and complete a meeting with a Rippling representative; and
    3. Be located in the US.
  2. Your employer must be an existing Rippling customer that is not subscribed to the full suite of five (5) Rippling Talent products (Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning Management, Headcount Planning, and Surveys) at the time of submission.


3. "Because Finance Deserves Better" Promotion Rules and Limitations


  1. Be employed at or above the Manager level in a finance, accounting, or executive role at a US company with 10 or more full-time employees; and
  2. Complete the questionnaire linked from the "Because Finance Deserves Better" promotion landing page; and
  3. Qualify for, schedule, and complete an introductory call with a Rippling representative.

  3. Tag Rippling; and
